Yippee, here comes Summer!

Most of us look forward to the onset of Spring and Summer; looking ahead to the lighter evenings, sitting out in the garden watching the sun dipping in the sky, sipping a cool drink and listening to the Blackbirds and thrushes singing into the evening.  What could be more relaxing?

Aichoo!  Sadly, for a large number of us, Spring only means one thing - hayfever.  Weeks and weeks of runny noses, sore eyes, sneezing and general feeling of being run down.  How can you expect to enjoy the first glimpses of the Summer when you have to live indoors, with the windows and doors closed for fear of 'setting it off again'?
